Your card information linked to the MyKuya app and MyKoins is never shared with third parties and thus cannot be used to prepay for groceries or misc fees such as parking, toll fees, etc. Expenses made by the personnel on your behalf while performing the task would have to be reimbursed in cash, paid directly to them. Please coordinate prepayment in advance or provide the Kuya an allowance to do so.
What fees are not covered?
- The service fee is exclusive of parking fees, entrance fees, toll fees ⛽ etc. that the Kuya may encounter along the way.
- Payment for items for pickup
In case reimbursement through cash is not possible, please coordinate with the personnel if they are willing to accommodate an online transfer such as bank transfer, GCash, or other mobile wallet apps.
Service fees are deducted directly from your card or MyKoins and the only cash payment that Kuya is expected to receive are for coordinated reimbursements. Paying through cash may give the assumption of a tip.
