We give our clients enough room to cancel bookings within reason. Cancellations can be initiated through your active booking before the job starts. Once a job has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Here's how to do it
- Navigate to your active chat with the matched personnel
- On the top right corner, select the three dots to display additional options
- Cancel the booking
Canceling a job can take away opportunities for our personnel to earn for a living. Excessive or unreasonable cancellations may result into an account deactivation. If this happens, please contact our support team for reactivation.
