MyKuya personnel rates are calculated in relation to the time a client availed of Ate or Kuya's service. Choose to extend job if Ate or Kuya hasn't completed their assigned task.
- Open the MyKuya app.
- On the home page, select your ongoing booking.
- Click the three dots at the upper right-hand part of your booking screen.
- Click "Extend Job". You may choose how much time will be added to your booking. Appropriate fees will be charged.
- Once extended, a note will be seen in your chat with your Ate/Kuya.
Some things to consider:
- Stay updated with your personnel's progress.
- Ate or Kuya may update you once their time is running out and will request for an extension.
