To prevent such inconveniences from happening, the partners are trained to keep you posted using the in-app features (photo or video through chat). You may ask the partner to send a photo of the item you asked to be purchased for you to verify first before he/she proceeds with the transaction. Please make sure you can be reached by the partner throughout the duration of the task, in case the partner would have any clarification.
In case the partner makes the wrong purchase, given that clear and specific instructions were provided to the partner beforehand, action would be either one of the following based on what would be most convenient for the customer:
- Partner to return to the store to have the item replaced and correct item purchased
- Partner to return the amount provided by the customer
